FSC Label & Trademark Standards

The FSC Label and FSC trademarks (FSC 'check-tree' logo, the 'FSC' initials, and the name 'Forest Stewardship Council') are used to identify products and companies that are FSC-certified, and to promote FSC certification. Only FSC-certified companies may use the FSC Label, and all companies wanting to use the FSC trademarks for promotion must receive prior permission to do so.

FSC's standards on trademark use define the graphical requirements and the conditions for use of the FSC trademarks by FSC-certified and non-certified companies.
