FSC-certified wood products are available from major retailers such as RONA, as well as hundreds of manufacturers and suppliers of lumber, windows, doors, plywood, millwork, cabinetry and other products.
FSC is the only forest certification system recognized by the Canada Green Building Council's LEED® green building rating system under Materials and Resources Credit 7 (MRc7).
FSC certification tracks products from the forest to the shelf. All FSC products are verified by third-party Certifiers to meet FSC's rigorous requirements through the FSC Forest Management (FM) and Chain of Custody (CoC) certification systems. Every FSC certified company receives a unique FSC code, which is found on every FSC product and can be tracked back to the company that produced that product. Track your FSC code at www.info.fsc.org
